Michelle Sarno

Collections Manager – FDCPA Certified/Notary Public

Michelle began her real estate career in 2004 as a Corporate Office Manager for Realty Executives in the Greater Salt Lake City area, supporting offices in Midvale and Provo, Utah. She later transitioned into REO Asset Management with Green River Financial and Green River Capital, where she spent eight years specializing in Short Sales, Loss Mitigation, and Rental Management Repairs. During the 2008 housing crisis, she worked as a certified debt collector, helping delinquent borrowers understand alternatives such as Short Sales and Deeds in Lieu of Foreclosure. She also coordinated repairs to prepare REO properties for the rental market.

Michelle currently oversees the Accounts Payable and Receivable Departments for RPG and works closely with the company’s legal team to ensure collection procedures remain compliant with FDCPA regulations.

Outside of work, Michelle is a devoted hockey mom and proud New York Rangers fan. She also enjoys hiking, camping, and producing music with her family.
